C by Courvoisier is partnering with basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal's entertainment and new media company, Shaq Entertainment. It is going to be the presenting sponsor for Shaq All-Star Comedy Jam's nationwide tour, which is taking place throughout 2012. The cognac brand will have an on-stage presence, as well as hosting the VIP after-parties and giving people exclusive peeks behind the scenes via Facebook and YouTube. Kim Washington, Senior Director of Courvoisier says, 'Shaq has always been known for his boldness and intensity - both on and off the court - and these characteristics are the same ones that define C by Courvoisier. Our involvement with the Comedy Jam allows us to introduce consumers - and Shaq fans - to an entirely new Cognac experience.' C by Courvoisier launched in stores on February 1.
